Went to the farmers market today :) Super hot today. Ended up eating a free ice cream before I even thought about what I was doing. It was tasty and did help cool us off. :) Think BEFORE you eat lol
204.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
