So how do you get over stress eating? My husband lost his job, my granddaughter's appendix burst and she is in ICU.and all I want to do is eat. Can't figure out how I am going to pay my bills, or get to Pennsylvania to see her. So I eat. On one hand after I'm out of food there wont be much money for groceries 😁. Trying to find humor in a bad situation. Sorry for my rant.
225.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stock your house with healthy snacks that don't require much preparation :) For example I keep my fridge filled with veggies that I cut up into bite sized pieces for the week and a container of hummus. If you do have unhealthy food, put it in a place that's out of reach and out of eye sight. That way you'll have the easy option right and front of you and won't think about the bad option as much.

Breathe, relax, reflect. Meditate. Drink water. Choose one healthy snack. Be kind to yourself. You can do it.
