It was one bowl of shredded! Still feeling like I'm stuck so I'm taking a page or of Jimmypops playbook. I'm not going to diet at all on Saturday. Fast begins Friday night at 7pm and will be broken Sunday at noon. Sunday and Monday will still be depletion days.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
