Hump day. So even though i was tired yesterday i did work out. It was one of the workouts i have a lot of trouble keeping up with under the best circumstances, so it wasn't pretty but i just did my best. Also did helga and had a nice walk with the dog and Roommate. Then we went to look at appliances, and out to dinner. I had 2 glasses of wine, and i am feeling it this am! Gonna chill with some coffee.

I just keep reminding myself that i don't have to be perfect, and i am not getting graded, i just have to do my best and put in the work. 90% is showing up. Every day.

Update: i did t25 lower focus and a half hour on helga. Going to go do a load of dishes by hand (grrrr). Will walk with doggy later on.
