Mostly following the nutrition guidelines recommended by the trainer in my class, rather than Dukan. Need to get my fat % down to 20%. That's the goal for this week!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
