The past two weeks have been a slump. I got off my regiment for 1 ONE! day and it turns into nearly two weeks. One thing I can be proud of is that I stuck to breakfast shake and apple snack mid-morning throughout my slump. I gained 2 pounds...A MOTIVATIONAL KILLER! I have been really bad at dinner time, simply because I have not stuck to my mid-day snack and water. That has been a difference maker. Also, fell off my morning walk/ jog. My knees started to hurt, so I think I was over-doing it a bit. I weighed myself today and came in at 264.8...up slightly, but not multiple pounds, which is good. Tomorrow, I am starting my morning walk.
