Feel good today. Starting to feel like I'm on my way to success. Having to find different things to eat for breakfast. Can't eat so many eggs, they just disagree with me. Love my turkey bacon. Am learning that I can live without all the carbs but do still get the cravings for some ice cream or chocolate. But to my credit I've held off and it pasted. Good job me!!!
