Went to my primary doctor today good news 😁 according to their scale I lost only 2 lbs since I gained some weight back recently but I’m healthy with my ♥️HEART when the EKG was performed today . Doc said continue my gluten free diet and exercise and continue my 3 Meds which is GREAT FOR ME BEING OVER 50☺️
Every one have a great Tuesday and remember to give someone a SMILE 😊 TODAY TO 🌈BRIGHTEN THEIR DAY AS WELL AS URS
