Day 61 of my 90-day program was pretty good. (I skipped a few days because I was in bed) My head is not in the game after my stressful ordeal, but I know what to do and just let habit take over. Today I will start putting in my tracking meals. I have not walked in 5 days, but plan to start again tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I went completely out of ketosis for a day or two, not always a bad thing, maybe reset hormones. I'm not really hungry today, so maybe I went right back into ketosis.
On the one hand, I'm really excited about the push for the next 30 days to see what I can accomplish with weight loss. On the other hand, the setbacks make me realize it might not be all a bed of roses. I keep reminding myself, what is worth doing is not always easy.
