Look good - what's the carb count? Asking for myself...not you

I've had veggie burgers before, but this is by far the tastiest for being store bought. I cooked it in the pan rather than microwave, so that helped and I cut up half an avocado with it. The carb count for one is 12 g, 7 g dietary fiber, so I'm assuming for Keto that would be 5g net carbs. I ate two patties cuz I didn't eat breakfast and just worked out, so I wanted the protein (7g per patty). I am a meat eater so I wasn't trying to use this as a replacement, which probably helped me enjoy it more, lol.

I DO love a good veggie burger, but the quinoa "burgers" have always been my favorite! I didn't know the roasted garlic ones existed though, I'll have to look for'em when I go shopping again. Morning Star? (Didn't know they had Vegan alternatives, thought it was just vegetarian!)

How was the flavor and texture? Quinoa is occasionally a little grainy and chewy.

Tahoe, I thought the texture was good. Not grainy or chewy. I didn't microwave them, so that may have helped that. It has lentils in it too.

Post how you like them— I’m going to have to look for those.

I always eat the Morning Star spicy black bean veggie burgers. Haven’t seen the ones you posted. Look good!

Interesting. Carb and fiber count seems doable for me.
