After weekend fun. Retaining so much water. Couple days of restricted carbs to get back to goal and ready for next weekend!! 🤣 Going to be a bit of a rollercoaster weight wise for the next couple weeks. Summer fun!!
141.1 lb Lost so far: 40.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

we go to our canoe for weeks at a time. we eat everything and drink too much - totally worth it. I behave when I'm home and that usually balances me out for the next trip up ;)
