Woke at 213.6, up 1.0 from yesterday. UPDATE: Did a bunless burger for lunch and got in all my Fitbit steps today. Came home at 214.4 and had a nice chicken, cheese, and zucchini dinner! LOTS of calories and protein today. Let's see how we look in the morning. I have another business lunch tomorrow, so I will not get much diet relief. On vacation starting this weekend so let's see if I can keep things under control!
