Recorded my 299th workout tonight using the “Strong” app on my phone. First recorded in the app on January 26, 2016. Used “StrongLifts 5x5 before that, Excel before that, and pencil before that.

On May 4th I hit the four year mark using tumblr (formerly to keep records, mostly pictures and memes now, not much recent).

Soon be a year and a half steadily using FS. Not sure if any of that means anything. At least I quit gaining, lost a little, and got stronger since 2012.
