I’ve started using a modified version of this :). If I have things to do early in the day I’ll have kids get their own cereal and then push lunch back to 1-2pm. I do eat a midnight snack somewhere between 9pm-3am depending on what I’m doing. That’s why I say modified. I then allow myself a meal at 1-2pm and 7pm then one snack after9pm and that’s it for the day so I skip breakfast and 1-3 small 50-100 calorie snacks. My main purpose is to train my body not to want food every 2 hours every single day and take those snack calories and put it into steamed veggies or a chicken breast for healthier calories.

Yeah I have made a intermittent fasting style that fits my lifestyle 😏 I love it cause I can stick to it easily
