Had fun getting remotivated the last few days. I seem to need to do that every few weeks. Hey, whatever keeps me on track.

I had an awesome work out this morning- swam laps for 40 minutes, and some weight training with a focus on my arms, and then I decided to hop into the sauna at the athletic club I have membership in. I've never gotten any use out of it before. Does anybody else get intimidated by the huge amounts of nude women wandering the locker rooms/sauna/spa? Anyway, I went into the sauna and the steam bath, which had eucalyptus oil infused in the steam. My skin felt amaaaaaazing! I'm definitely going to start incorporating this in my routine, it felt so relaxing.

I made a sweet potato fries for the first time tonight. I thought they were great! Very filling, too.
