Day 10.
No weigh in this morning but I know it can’t be good. I lost my Dad 6 years ago and Father’s Day is still really hard for me so needless to say I ate my emotions yesterday.
229.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
