This is right where I expected. I realized that I was getting constipated and thought it was my supplements. it is actually the bread (my carb of choice) and I adjusted to fruit. the result is that I am more regular and carrying less stuff in the bowels.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
