i ate TERRIBLE yesterday. had to get back to eating healthy till I reach my goal weight.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 June 2018:

Looks Good! I afraid that it won't keep me full for very long! So what to add to this beautiful plate, to keep us full. Maybe Chia seeds Hayley? :))

I was actually thinking about adding chia seeds but I went for sliced almonds instead. I usually add banana to keep me full and give me some energy but I wasn't that hungry this morning and just ate anyways to keep my metablolism up.

Way to go. It is okay to slip up every once in a while, as long as you're able to get back on track. And that's exactly what you did. Win!!!
