Well, blew my diet on Friday, but was back on board Saturday and did fairly well and was very careful Sunday. I am not at all surprised that my weight is up after Friday, but I know it will be on its way back down this week.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I was up again too, but since I want to have more fun this summer, I need to get my act together now. Need more activity, healthier food!
