Sherota's Journal, 18 June 2018

This past 8 weeks was great on the 8 Week Keto Challenge Part2. I enjoyed it and again got great results. Keto will continue to be a tool I use to keep control.Taking a week break but will continue intermittent fasting and will resume keto next week.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
