Over the course of the past year I have gained at least 10 lbs. There have been life-changing circumstances and I want to get back to being and feeling healthy. Currently, I am feeling and looking like I am not who and where I want to be and am finding it difficult to get motivated. At times I feel energized to get moving only to have the feeling last a day or two and then it is back to eating unhealthily. I am hoping that stating my feelings and seeing them written out will help me to get on track and stay on track to be motivated to feeling better about myself.
