So here's my journal entry for a challenge. On Thursday, I was held up at gunpoint at a gas station. Yes, I am ok, Yes, the assholes were caught. BUT! Since then... my eating has been shit.
Oh well, new week. Let's see what happens.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

OMG! How awful! I am glad you are ok. Time for a new start. There's nothing like staring death in the face to give a fresh appreciation for how short life really is and how we should live each day to the fullest. Getting healthy and fit is a great path to that full and satisfied life.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, so very glad you're okay and I hope you are getting through the aftermath. I know personally how devastating being a victim of a violent crime can be :-(
