Big drop today – but pretty sure it is just dehydration (I had a dram of scotch last night with friends and didn’t drink enough water afterwards). Overall a pretty good day yesterday – we went to our favourite breakfast spot with Mother-in-law in tow and ran into some friends of ours. Afterwards we hit the Bellevue art fair and then spent the remaining hours in the day tidying up the house in preparation for visiting friends in the evening.

This morning’s workout also went really well. Hope it is a good omen for the week!
