got the book How to make almost any diet work - it's been very helpful so far - also signed up for the online prog. so I can get the forms printed out easier (hopefully still waiting on a e-mail on how to sign in wish they had a help section on the web page) - I'm all ready seeing causes and effects so we will see. so far so good
