I know I'm going to go over my calorie allowance but that's okay...I'm actually eating regularly for a change and have been adding more vegetation into my diet...little steps, 'til I'm back where I want to be...(also suck it BMI, you inaccurate medically (and scientifically) unsound number created by a guy who specifically said it could not and should not be used to indicate the "fatness of an individual"....just suck it...)
