Thanks guys. It’s been over 6 years since I wore a bikini, and the last time I did, I was pretty screwed up with food. Adef:24.6 pounds to go

Looking at this picture and the one from the 14th I am having a hard time seeing that much weight. Honestly if I saw you on the street I would not think you would be on a diet. Just one opinion.

Adef: I don’t consider myself on a diet. I am going through changes to my way of eating as well as increases of physical activity, and that’s resulting in weight loss as my body finds it’s new natural counterpart, which is yet to be determined. I say 140, because I’m small framed and 5’10. That BMI works well for me. But I technically am not on a diet 🤷🏻‍♀️ just improving my health. I was definitely actively losing weight a few months ago, coming from 210.

Congrats!!!! I’m on the same path! Low 200’s to 150. It’s only been just over 6 weeks, I’ve managed to shed 21 lbs just by improving my choices and being conscious about that which I eat and drink.
