I've been doing this with my dinners and breakfasts for years... life is easy when you just come home from a long day at work and drop one of your meals in the microwave. Faster than fast food and so much healthier! Don't get me wrong... I goof off on my days off and eat whatever, but this makes calorie counting easy and can line up the whole week in advance!

If that's lazy, I'm all about it! I like having the extra time to relax instead of the thoughts of "I don't really feel like cooking, so I'll (take the easy, yet not-so-good choice) just stop at McDonald's on the way home" or "I just had this crazy long day and the last thing I wanna do is cook right now... Oh crap! Do even have the chicken thawed and do I need to stop and buy _____?"... Lazy, in this case, means stress-relief! 👊

I love meal prepping on Sunday. I'm on week two of doing so (as suggested by my nutritionist) and it is so much easier. My husband and I both work full time so just being able to come home and heat up a meal has made all the difference. I worked out 6.5 hours last week since I wasn't spending every night cooking! That's 4 hours more than my average. I am an advocate for sure.

It definitely frees up some time! Oh... so in all my years of slow cooking, baking, grilling and pan frying, I'd never even considered a pressure cooker! OMG! Revolutionized my cooking style and time! I'm making soups for snacks in <10 minutes now! I'm all about making time for family, so every corner I can cut....

I want to meal prep BUT need help. Like I think I am gonna start boiling eggs for morning breakfast. I do need ideas on low carb snacks. Help LOL and dinner is not that bad I am not working right now so is all good.
