Woke at 211.2, down 1.0 from yesterday. Blood ketones were only at .2 millimolar, though. Ate a lot of carbs I usually don't touch this past week (three items). So it will take a while to get back into ketosis, I guess. But feeling great. Fasted until 2 pm thus far today and about to head out to a BBQ contest. Depending on what is available, I may have some. UPDATE: Went out to the BBQ contest but couldn't find it. I'll be on vacation during Maryland's primary election so I went and did early voting. Had fun quizzing many candidates before going in. Came back and decided to eat an early dinner at 4:30 pm. Weighed 213.0 before that. Did not flush a lot of water and having some other plumbing issues I need to work through. I think I'm going to grab a drink, sit by the pool, and see where the evening takes me! UPDATE: Denise and Jason took me out for dinner, so I ate a burger and some veggies there, plus some Halo Top when I got home.

It won't take a while - you're fat adapted now so you can go in and out very quickly. 0.2 means that you've already kicked over and your glycogen is almost gone. It sounds like you're burning the glucose you eat very quickly (as always) and straight into fat.
