Trying to stay focused as the last several days approach. I know I have been slacking in my workout. Just thinking about my workout DVD's for some reason get me down. Then I can't walk like I want to because of this 100 degree weather here in Texas :(. Well need to get back my focus because I would love to do like a 5K or 10K next year, but actually run it and not walk.

One of my buddies her on FS just completed her half marathon walking! She did uner 15 minut mile walking and completed the 13 miles in three hours and seven minutes. YOU can do it. Get a walkibg DVD for the treadmill. Or use an easy DVD just to get some cardio conditioning. We all get discouraged but hang in there!
