Sardines! Wow what a combo...I dig it!

I love the Mexican sardines in a mildly hot tomato sauce. Usually 3 in a little tiny can. Huge protein and even HUGER sodium. I think that makes no difference for Keto people but it sure does for me— so eat them rarely.
