This am the scale said 136. Will not record a weight until Sunday as daily fluctuations may be at play. Overslept this am, I'm off work but wanted to be outside by 8am with the hot weather. @ noon the heat index is already 98. Some work done on the gardens and the sprinkler going on the parched beds.
I think it's a good time to fix the leaky basement toilet. It's nice and cool down there. One goal for this weekend is to get that accomplished and that room back to normal. I will have to turn the water off for the house to do this.
I'm unhappy with the sleep function on my new tracker as apparently it only records sleep beginning @ 11pm. I'm usually in bed between 8 and 9 since I'm up early. The heart rate also never matches my pulse-ox. I will be getting a different one probably a fit-bit when I justify the $$.
