HEY, you how are you today ? Good I hope. I started a new routine, 3c. Coffee, and a banana. After having GAINED 2-lbs, I knew I had to something. So breakfast, fast for 10 hrs, then a small dinner ( ON SMALL PLATE ) drink water an I drink orange power-aid. So keep giving me support.THANKS Draglist Nattybun
