I can be either higher carbohydrate in a day or higher fat; I can't be both. That's the spot where the pounds pack on. Looking over my entry, the macros on both have been too close, and I have been working too hard to keep my weight off. Paying close attention today, which I have decided will be lower on the fat since I am craving more carbohydrates/fruits. Still biohacking to see what works to maintain my weight now that I am over 50 and have reached menopause.
