Serious about the snow??? We had minimal this year but would be a tad worried if it snowed in the middle of June.

I think it's winter in Australia, right?

I was shoveling snow in late April. We just scored a monster snowblower for free though, so next year will be different, lol.

It does not snow in SoCal— what am I saying! It doesn’t rain in SoCal either. The drought is bad. I have a place up in Sequoia National Forest where it does snow— I love being up there in winter. But I don’t think I would want to go to work and shop and have to drive around on icy roads all the time. All in what you grew up with and get used to.

...and this is why I left LA: I was there for 2 years and it rained ONCE! Flash flood for about an hour! So, I come back to Seattle and everyone's complaining about the rain and snow... I just sighed and grinned in relief!

Abbadabba, I don't think Australia actually gets a winter. CR, I'm not ready yet. I played the Kispiox music festival one summer. It was the last week of July at 11 AM, and I could see my breath. It wasn't pleasant. Fingers didn't want to work

...but the cottonwoods spewing their "tree-sperm" all over my car and little fluffy seeds floating through the air last month caused every orifice on my face to produce unusual amounts of fluids. blech!
