Intermittent fasting is working for me!!!😀
173.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Congratulations 🎊 it is a great method to eat bigger meals n still end up in a deficit

for me too, I have doing OMAD this week, some days I still go a little over my calorie deficit , but that is ok, I am enjoying the same food with my husband, on Tuesday we went to eat Mexican food and he told me: slow down, it seems like you have not eating all day, haha he was right but he did not know

Yes, me too! I’m high school and in my 20s I always felt way better when I didn’t eat breakfast, and I always felt guilty that I skipped the most important meal of the day. Now I realize for many people it works for their bodies! I’m listening to my gut (literally) now.
