Steamed Greens Review
They are frickin' amazing! Here's what I did: Put a small amount of water in a pot. Place steamer tray in pot. Wait for water to boil, then shred some greens (I used collard greens and kale) on the tray. Cover pot with lid. A minute later, splash some lemon juice on greens and a dash of salt. Replace lid. When greens are hot and moist, remove and enjoy!
They were soooooo good. I've read how good steamed greens are for you, but I never thought that they would taste good. Boy was I mistaken. I actually want to make some more tonight.
