My ups - I always get away with having healthy meals, but when I am around certain snacks, I can't help but go crazy. For example, chips and salsa and cookies are my worst enemies. I try to limit myself, but the "oh I'll just have one more" attitude kicks in and we all know how that goes. I tried to ban these from my house, but my husband insists on eating this unhealthy stuff. HELP!

What else can you dip in the salsa that won't kill your diet? Baby carrots, celery, sliced bell peppers, etc. is better and still gives you the crunch - and be careful though, salsa has a lot of sodium. Cookies? I just avoid the sugar like crazy - maybe get super hugh protein bars from SlimFast or Atkins so you have a sweet snack.
