Did okay on the diet yesterday until later in the day. Shouldn't have bought a package of pistachios at the grocery store. They are fine if I limit them to about 1/2 cup (which is what I logged early in the day). But late afternoon I made a cup of hot chocolate and started snacking on the nuts. I think I'll be fine today - I've logged what I plan on eating, including finishing the pistachios!
