I really wonder why I seem to struggle with the monotonous routine of workouts. I really wish I had someone who would tell me no and tell me to do my workouts when I don't feel like doing them. When I stay up too late working on extra curricular activities (not optional) and then the next day I don't feel like doing anything. Except eating. I can always eat. LOL.

Last night my feet and ankles were so swollen and even this morning my feet are tight, though most of the visible signs of swolleness have diminished. So I sat too much and now I am standing at my desk using an unconventional version of the Varidesk, and it is working. Just really weird to stand and work on the computer. Definitely not the norm. Normally I sit on a ball, which helps build up the core when you use it appropriately and get up and move every hour (which I do not -- apparently built up a tolerance to it). I have set alarms to get up and do something and today, I have music on while working, and honestly it's becoming a bit of a "Hitch" dance party. Which can only mean one thing....I am working out without realizing it. (Right)

In addition to adding a reminder to get up every hour and move around, I have added a water app back to my phone, as I have completely dropped that, and I have to have it.

Looked back and followed my workout schedule perfect in April, so why do I have a 2 day hiccup this month? So freaking weird!!! Okay, okay, I'll stop the ranting and get back to my day.
