Our daughter visited for a week, so I was AWOL from my routine. She's on Cali time plus her boyfriend works 2nd shift, so they don't eat until midnight. Being on Central time and used to going to bed by 9, I was struggling to stay up to 11pm so we could hang out. She's been vegetarian for a long time, so we ate a lot of veggies, bread, and rice... very little meat. When she left Sunday, I had zero energy and spent most of the day in bed. Not from lack of meat, I'm sure. Mostly from the schedule change, high heat and humidity, and depression about her leaving.

I was surprised to see a loss on the scale. I feel great this morning. Rested and refreshed. I took a shower and changed sheets last night, so I slept extra well. I'm catching up on my work, so that's reducing my stress level too.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
