And just like that, I'm 10 pounds under my original goal!

Really listening to my body. Last week I craved natural peanut butter. I savored 1-2 tablespoons a day.

This week I want fruit - cantaloupe and blueberries, limit to 1 cup a day.

Avg calories per day - 1200
Continuing protein and fresh veggies, good fats
Continuing B12 1000mcg/day, Vitamin D, and Calcium

Still going to Yoga Foundations class once a week and felt ready to add the All Level Class this week. It felt great, was challenging, but I could do everything!! Feeling long and lean!

Have gone from size 16 jeans to size 10; XL tops to Medium and Small

New Breakfast Recipe that I love - Fritatta
6 eggs
4 oz lean ham steak, diced fine
2 T onion, diced fine
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
salt & pepper

Beat eggs, stir in everything else except cheese. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat in an ovenproof nonstick skillet sprayed with olive oil. Add cheese on top. Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. One fourth is a serving.
