I need to get back to losing weight. I'm up again, not going to post the weight for a week or so. I'm going to try to go back to what worked for me the first 7 or 8 months. So I'm having the diet soda again, even though I know it isn't good for me, I tend to stick to the diet when I can have that as a treat. And 1/4 bagel with a tablespoon of light cream cheese for breakfast. I bought all the Wonderslim products so will continue to add those to my diet to increase my protein. But the bagels for breakfast and lots of stir frying for lunch/dinner and back to IF eating between 6 or 7 am until 2-3pm. It worked while I lost 50+ pounds. I went to the coast again last week (3rd time since March). My allergies don't bother me there, but I need to stay away from the Mendocino Chocolate Company candy store!! Other than that I didn't do bad with my eating while on vacation. But the salted caramel chocolates really hurt me.
