Didnt do too bad this weekend...but only .5lb lost
171.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Chrisw77..I am wondering if I need to take supplements bc I am on keto diet but I have no gallbladder. I am already taking multi, calcium, magnesium, omega, potassium.

Thanks Chris...I am trying to figure out why I am not losing very easily..I think its the gallbladder and womens issues 😥😭trying to do intermittent fasting too..so frustrating!!!
