Completed 20:4 IF Monday-Friday, ate normally Saturday and Sunday. I'm glad I challenged myself as I am learning the difference between being hungry and eating as opposed to just stress eating.

Congrats on completing an ambitious time restricted eating pattern, that benefits health and longevity. Learning the meaning of our body feedback signals is challenging. I'm still learning. :)

20:4 IF (Intermittent Fasting - fasting for 20 hours and only eating 4 hours a day) Monday-Friday is what I am doing also. Love It!
