This is my first day training with a personal trainer. I know tomorrow I'll be real sore, specially my arms. But it's all well. Lately I've been concerned with my health; I'm overweight, I wasn't exercising, I can't play with my kids without getting tired in 5 minutes...so this is a wakeup-call for me to get fit, better my nutrition, be able to play with my kids and enjoy life.
