Ran off and had a wild adventure.... No.. Really my schedule changed at work put me in a funk and fell off the gym and eating.. Gained some weight.. But been back to me to the last few days

Mind you keto without measuring... But literally ate the same thing every day not healthiest but I had felt under the weather with my stomach and off work cause if it and I was like yah know what.. I can do this.
