a sido dificil para mi pero se que puedo hacerlo un dia a la vez solo pienso eso y en eso me mantendre......y cuando me quiere ganar el hambre o ganas de algun snack lo que yo preparo para satisfacer ese hambre es cebolla con limon o pepinos con chile y limon eso es delicioso pero si de algu dulce se trata un shake de atkins es lo mejor los de vainilla solo tienen 1 carbohidrato.
