Morning everyone!
There was an amzing storm here in the early hours! Thunder that made my apartment rumble and lighting that lite the entire place up, but with this we also received a good does of rain. However the humidity is back, soi will need to be careful with the activities that I do.
Yesterday is was cool enough to make up my quino that I turned into a salad! It was so delish that I decided to make another one for lunch today. I have not had much of an appetite, but I am working with it the best that I can do. As for exercise it was the same old same old.. Walking back and forth to work, then doing housework at home. However as long as I'm moving I am burning calories.

For today I just want to make it through and handle anything that is thrown at me! Just like yesterday when I received some bad news! I put my own feelings aside and helped support the ppl involved. It made me sit up and take notice that supporting ppl is once of my strong points.

Well time to get ready for work now!! Have to remeber that I volunteered to work during these two weeks when the plant is on summer shut down.

Sounds like you are feeling much better. Don't let the new round of humidity turn that around. Sorry you received bad news, though like you said, you are a very supportive person with others issues...and I thank you for that! Enjoy your day!

Step at a time. One foot in front of the other to "go" through your day. I also find that supporting others serves to support me. So sorry about the bad news. Here's hoping we bust out of that "same old same old" with exercise!
