So I am learning that weight is not as important as measurements. I've been measuring my waist in the morning..even tho I weigh more today..my waist is smaller and I could feel it b4 I measured. Today I measured at 32.5. in April 12th I weighed 169.5 and waist was 35".
172.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Chrisw77! It was making me crazy but I like to weigh myself everyday..just to keep motivated but it was up n down and mostly up after the weekend. I will be measuring more and taking pix for seeing the difference.
