Today I reached my first goal weight with a 33 lb loss. It was really a struggle, but finally I hadstayed at 167 for about 2 months. I started folowing the Yoplait diet pretty closely when it comes tosnacks, and yesterday I had Dole shakes for 3 meals and if I wanted something more I had a ham slice just rolled up or some cucumbers. It worked for me. I woulod like to lose 20 pounds more. But I'll need to see how that goes.
